What is an ADHD Life Coach?

Coaching is defined as a “partnership” between the client and the coach. Both the client and the coach bring their own expertise to the coaching. The coach with the advanced knowledge of ADHD and the coaching process and the client as the expert in their own life. Coaches keep the responsibility with the client by allowing them to solve their own problems. When we take responsibility for others, it stunts their growth. Coaching provides a positive, specialized approach that encourages you to dig deeper to discover your unique design and supports you while you move forward to living your God-given destiny.  Coaches focus the conversation and push it towards action.

Certified ADHD & Christian Life Coach

I work with women and families that are impacted by ADHD in identifying and pursuing their goals while clarifying and overcoming obstacles to affect desired change in a person’s life. Over several years I have developed my skill and ability in navigating issues of treatment, life strategies, family dynamics, therapies, and advocacy in both her personal and professional life. I have gained extensive experience and knowledge that have led me to coach from a holistic perspective. I believe it is important to appreciate the psycho/social/spiritual/environmental influences in each person’s life.

My passion for coaching and belief in the benefits has led me into my role as a coach instructor with the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACTCenter). Which is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training program.

I am the proud mother of two creative, spontaneous, and fun-loving young boys. I truly consider myself blessed to have an incredibly supportive husband who shares my love of family and service to others. As a family we enjoy being active in their community and church, sharing game nights as well as pursuing a variety of sports and recreational adventures.

 Heidi Fishbein holds professional credentials as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Heidi has also earned certification as an ADHD Life Coach (CALC) through the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACT Center). In addition, she has earned her certification as a Christian Life Coach through Leadership Coaching Canada (LCC).
