Life Coaching

Strength-based ADHD & Christian Life Coaching that meets you where you are and helps you get to where you want to be.

Do you or Someone you Love Struggle with ADHD or Executive Functions?

The challenges of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are very real and I want you to know that you are not alone! Living with ADHD can be difficult and symptoms can make accomplishing everyday activities more of a challenge. The struggle is real. While ADHD can be challenging, an ADHD Life Coach can help.

I work with people just like you who are struggling with the challenges of ADHD. People who want to understand their ADHD brain, gain self-awareness, reduce their challenges, learn new skills, strategies and leverage their strengths so they can accomplish their goals.

Working together, you will gain new strategies and systems that are uniquely designed and created for you, by you! You will discover tools, techniques, and perspective shifts that will radically change your life.

Coaching is a transformational process that increases self awareness of one’s inner being, values, core beliefs, strengths and identity to help bring about deep, lasting and meaningful change.

What Makes Coaching Different?

What is an ADHD Life Coach?

Coaching is defined as a “partnership” between the client and the coach. Both the client and the coach bring their own expertise to the coaching. The coach with the advanced knowledge of ADHD and the coaching process and the client as the expert in their own life. Coaches keep the responsibility with the client by allowing them to solve their own problems. When we take responsibility for others, it stunts their growth. Coaching provides a positive, specialized approach that encourages you to dig deeper to discover your unique design and supports you while you move forward to living your God-given destiny.  Coaches focus the conversation and push it towards action.

ADHD coaching can look different with every client, but some common experiences with ADHD coaching include:

  • Help identify goals
  • Supports clients to reach their full potential
  • Guide clients through change, growth, and barriers
  • Support clients in discovering their passions, dreams, and purpose
  • Provides a safe, non-judgemental space for change to occur
  • Support in making discussions and pursuing new transitions
  • Empowers clients
  • Provides accountability

  • Time management skills using different methods
  • Strategies and systems that work
  • Maintain focus to achieve identified goals
  • Find helpful and relevant resources
  • Meal planning
  • Household tasks and chores
  • Improving grades
  • Delegation
  • Body-doubling
  • Mindmapping
  • Learning new habits and routines
  • Identify positive ADHD qualities and strengths

“Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be; embrace who you are.”

“When you work with a coach, you set out on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.”

Coaching is a positive, specialized approach that encourages you to discover you’re unique and innate strengths, gifts and talents.

We bring our expertise and vast understanding of the unique challenges common to people affected by ADHD that can commonly get in the way of enjoying the life they desire.

Coaching supports you while you discover who you are and what you were created to do. Finding what lights you up so you can do more of it.

We are focused on actions and behaviours in the present and how to build personalized strategies to achieve your goals while overcoming the practical issues that get in the way with ADHD.

Coaches are armed with the coaching skills and competencies that have prepared them to coach the whole person, not just their ADHD!

As an ADHD Life Coach we provide the process and guidance, but you’re the one who ultimately needs to do all the hard work to create change and progress.

Challenge your negative thought life, because
how we think shapes who we are and how we live!

Certified ADHD & Christian Life Coach

I work with women and families that are impacted by ADHD in identifying and pursuing their goals while clarifying and overcoming obstacles to affect desired change in a person’s life. Over several years I have developed my skill and ability in navigating issues of treatment, life strategies, family dynamics, therapies, and advocacy in both her personal and professional life. I have gained extensive experience and knowledge that have led me to coach from a holistic perspective. I believe it is important to appreciate the psycho/social/spiritual/environmental influences in each person’s life.

My passion for coaching and belief in the benefits has led me into my role as a coach instructor with the International ADHD Coach Training Center (iACTCenter). Which is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training program.

I am the proud mother of two creative, spontaneous, and fun-loving young boys. I truly consider myself blessed to have an incredibly supportive husband who shares my love of family and service to others. As a family we enjoy being active in their community and church, sharing game nights as well as pursuing a variety of sports and recreational adventures.
