Many individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) face daily struggles and challenges, which can complicate reaching everyday tasks and goals. The intention of the Living on Purpose with ADHD workbook is to help participants discover and embrace the unique gifts and strengths bestowed upon all individuals by God.
As a woman with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Activity Disorder, I understand that the struggle is real, and the daily challenges of ADHD can make everyday tasks and accomplishing goals more difficult.
We are all on this lifelong journey to finding a peaceful balance to living our most purposeful life with ADHD.
A coach helps people with ADHD carry out the practical activities of daily life in an organized, goal-oriented and timely fashion. In close partnership, an ADHD Life Coach helps the client learn practical skills and initiate change in his or her daily life.

I work with people just like you who are struggling with the challenges of ADHD. People who want to understand their ADHD brain, gain self-awareness, reduce their challenges, learn new skills and strategies and leverage their strengths so they can accomplish their goals.
My goal is to help you stop and become more aware of and question your current thought process, behaviours and the story you’re telling yourself that might limit your ability to move forward and live the life you desire.

In addition, she has earned her certification as a Christian Life Coach through Leadership Coaching Canada (LCC).
